e-Government Training Center Mandates
- Support the mission of the MDAs by identifying critical skill gaps and training needs aligned with competencies required to advance e-Government and to implement e-Government Master Plan.
- Produce required training plans (long-term, annual, and curriculum for each course (Executive I, Executive II, and Professional course, and ToT later)
- Execute training program per plan and track progress on a regular basis
- Provide timely and adequate financial support for training programs set forth in the ETC training plans
- Produce Annual Performance Report and submit to the Steering Committee
- Operate and maintain ETC facilities, equipment, and CMS (Course management System)
- Perform works associated with e-Government training for public officials
